This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining effective working relationships with the DO Network partners, social services, and other response systems supporting victims/survivors of violence and trauma.  Preferred Education:  Bachelor's degree in social work or related field. Minimum of 2+ years of experience providing direct crisis response services to individuals; and 2+ years of experience providing direct staff supervision and leadership in an environment that is responsive to individuals and families who have experienced trauma and violence.
