Welcome to the heart of our conference—the Expo Hall—a space where connections are made, and resources are shared. In 2023, the Expo Hall sold out with over 200 exhibitors. 

With our move to the Minneapolis Convention Center, 2024 will offer more exhibit spaces than ever before!

About the App

Exhibitors can showcase their products and services by completing their profile pages in Whova, our conference app. They can connect with people in real-time: chatting, answering questions, and setting up meetings—all in the app! Leads can be easily collected by scanning attendee QR codes to get their contact information, and all of these leads can be exported as a spreadsheet after the event.

Boosting presence further, exhibitors can explore in-app advertising opportunities available through sponsorship. Whether choosing to participate as a Passport Destination Booth or delivering a Direct Message to Attendees via the app, the platform provides a unique space to connect with our audience.

How to Access: 
Registered sponsors/exhibitors will be sent a link to fill out their organization’s profile at the start of each week.

Sponsorship descriptions


Leader Sponsorship ($3,975)

Leader Sponsors receive all of the following benefits:

Conference registrations: Six (6) complimentary conference registrations.

Premium exhibit booth: Includes two 6’ skirted exhibit tables, 2 chairs, and prime location. View Exhibit Hall map here. Booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Recognition on conference webpage: Company logo on conference webpage.

Recognition in conference emails: Linked logo included in conference emails.

Conference app listing: Top-tier listing in our conference app's sponsor directory. 

Passport destination booth: Attendees will be actively seeking your booth: they will ask you to scan their conference app's QR code with your smartphone to be entered into an MSSA raffle. In return, you receive their contact information to generate leads. 

Social media spotlight: We will post a thank-you image on our Facebook and LinkedIn pages, featuring your logo as well as a caption summarizing the work your organization does. 

Hotel room: One (1) complimentary hotel room at the Hilton Minneapolis for the nights of March 19 and 20, or 20 and 21.
