2017 Child Foster Care Award Recipients: Todd and Sarah Randall

MSSA is proud to recognize Todd and Sarah Randall as the 2017 Child Foster Care Award Recipients. The Randalls have been licensed foster care providers in McLeod County since 2013, and were previously licensed in Morrison County and the state of California. Since moving to Minnesota, the Randalls have cared for 16 foster children. Mr. and Mrs. Randall have already adopted two of their foster children and are in the process of adopting a third. The Randalls have a gift for making foster children feel comfortable and loved. They have had multiple placements of sibling groups and have provided support to biological parents and other foster parents. In addition to caring for foster children, Mr. and Mrs. Randall also have five biological children. The entire Randall family is active in their community and church.

MSSA thanks Todd and Sarah Randall for their dedication to caring for children. Congratulations!
