Oversized and Basic Exhibits do not include conference attendance. Those who would like to attend the conference must register for the conference on the Registration webpage or on-site at prevailing rates.

Check-in at the registration area located on the third floor of the hotel. Each exhibitor must check in and pick up their packet prior to set up. Exhibitors will receive one conference program per booth.
Friday, March 23, 2:00 – 4:30 p.m.
Please do not move out prior to 2:00 p.m. unless you contact the MSSA staff for permission. We do ask that all exhibits be removed no later than 4:30 p.m.
Exhibitors do not receive admission to conference sessions unless purchased separately. If exhibitors attend sessions without registering, their organization will be invoiced $295 per person.
Exhibits must be contained within the assigned exhibit space in such a way that they do not interfere with other exhibitors’ displays or violate fire lanes as approved by the Fire Marshall. All displays, signs, flyers, distribution of literature and other materials or any other activities must take place inside the contracted exhibit space only. There is a maximum height limit of 8 feet from the floor. MSSA also reserves the right to remove promotional materials from the show floor that are deemed objectionable. No signs, banners or displays may be displayed in any other part of the hotel. There is not a locked storage area for exhibitors. Goods or services (i.e. food, books, massage, jewelry, etc.) may not be sold directly from the expo floor; however, orders may be taken. MSSA reserves the right to reject or require on-site modifications of any display that, under MSSA’s sole discretion, is not in keeping with the character of the MSSA exhibition or is in violation of the “good neighbor” policy..
Minnesota Social Service Association and Hilton Minneapolis will not be responsible for the safety or security of an exhibitor’s property. Exhibitors are advised to consult with an insurance broker to obtain proper insurance coverage. Exhibitors should not leave valuable items unattended in the exhibit area.
A basic wireless internet connection is available to exhibitors through PSAV at the Hilton Minneapolis. Complete an Internet Request Form and return to PSAV. Rates subject to change without notice.
Exhibitors must arrange their own shipping to the hotel. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to pay any storage or shipping fees. FedEx Office Business Center
handles all incoming and outgoing packages and freight for the hotel. It is located within the hotel and may be reached Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at 612.330.0300. Click here for special hotel shipping instructions.

Exhibitors who have purchased the Premium and Enhanced Exhibit Packages are given priority placement. Those who purchase sponsorships and/or advertisements are also given priority based on total amount purchased.
