MSSA 127th Annual Training Conference & Expo - Call for Artists

The Minnesota Social Service Association (MSSA) is excited to announce that we are transitioning to a call for artists to design and create artwork to be a graphic theme for our 2020 Annual Conference. MSSA is excited to provide an opportunity for artists to showcase their talents in support of our 127th Annual Training Conference & Expo—Shaping the Future Together in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Our goal is to highlight an artist that has been positively impacted by the Health and Human Services system. Our target audience includes:

Artists touched by the health and human service system.

Artists whose work aligns with MSSA’s core beliefs and values—of social responsibility, equity and inclusion.

Artists that are local to Minnesota and neighboring states.
The selected artist will receive a stipend of $750 for the use of their artwork in promotional materials for the 2020 Annual Conference. Artists may also receive a free exhibit table space at our conference, complimentary registration at our conference, and a 1-year membership to MSSA. The image will be published on MSSA’s website, in emails, and on printed materials (reaching thousands) and will be the visual centerpiece for the conference.
