Helpful tips:
To register, you must
create an account
or
log in
to your existing account.
If you would like to register for the conference under member pricing levels, you will need to have a membership that is current through at least April 1, 2021.
If your membership is not current,
Renew or Join MSSA
via your account page before registering for the conference. If you do not have an account,
click here
to create one.
If you are registering a large group of staff and need to create or renew their memberships, contact
[email protected]
to request Company Administrator access. This will enable you to join/renew as a member and register on behalf of others in your agency.

Step 1.
Go to the
main registration page
and click the "Register Now" button.
Step 2.
You will be directed to
sign-in
if you have not already. This is the first step for all conference attendees.
Step 3.
Once you are signed in, the system will recognize your registration rate based on the information in your member record (e.g., your agency name and member status).
Step 4.
*If you would like to register for the conference under member pricing levels, you will need to have a membership that is current through at least April 1, 2021. If your membership is not current, Renew or Join MSSA via your account page
before registering
for the conference.*
Step 5.
Select "Register Myself" on the registration page.
Step 6.
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Step 7.
Verify the items in your "Shopping Cart" are correct. To make changes to items in your cart, click on the registration description item to be brought back to the registration area. Make your changes, then click "Proceed to Checkout" again.
Step 8.
Once you have chosen and verified the items in your cart, you have two payment options:
Pay Now:
Choose "Pay Now" to pay with a credit card. MSSA accepts Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
Pay Later:
Choose "Pay Later" to use your order confirmation email as an invoice. Fill out the optional Purchase Order field with any combination of letters and numbers you choose.
*Note: You cannot use the Pay Later option to renew your MSSA membership.*
Step 9.
After payment information is entered, click the "Submit Order" button. This will bring you to the order confirmation page and will generate either a payment receipt or an invoice email based on the payment option you chose.
*Note: If the Pay Later option is chosen, the email confirmation sent to the registrant's email address is considered the invoice. No separate invoice will be sent unless requested.*

you and everyone else you are registering

Step 5.
After registering yourself, click "Register someone else" and follow the instructions to find or add a person from your organization.
Step 6.
Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
Step 7.
Verify the items in your "Shopping Cart" are correct. To make changes to items in your cart, click on the registration description item to be brought back to the registration area. Make your changes, then click "Proceed to Checkout" again.
