MSSA's Critical Conversations series is an ongoing platform for MSSA members to learn about and engage in social justice issues and current events. In this session, attendees will learn about forms of oppression in Minnesota’s child welfare system, including racial disparities. Attendees will also explore new ideas for anti-oppressive practices. This session will offer concrete action steps for individuals to work toward reducing racial disparities in child welfare, including ways to get involved in advocacy at the State Legislature.

Registration: Free for student members, $10 for members, and $20 for nonmembers.
Continuing Education: This webinar will offer 1.5 CEUs.
